Mint Raitha is a versatile and it can go well with all pulav and rotis. It is very quick recipe with less ingredients and more flavourful. People who are bored of Onion -tomato and cucumber raithas can try this and this has good cooling effect especially for the hot summer.
Lets go to the easy,nutritious Mint raitha.
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Green chilli -1
Fresh Yoghurt - 2 cups
Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seed powder - 1/4 tsp
Sugar -1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Make a paste of mint leaves and Green chilli using the mixer. The mint paste will add substantial flavour to the raitha.
Whip the curd using hand mixer. Add the mint paste to it. Now add the roasted cumin powder, salt and sugar. Mix it well.
Garnish with chilli powder and Garam masala. Refridgerate for 30 minutes before use.
Serve it with Pulav or roti !!
